Membership Plan Details

We offer Membership Plans both for employers and for individuals. If you are an individual, call or text us to sign up!

Individuals can join our membership plan for just $360 per year.

Employer membership plans are eligible for discounts based on the number of employees participating. Employers may choose to cover the full cost of membership, or split it 50/50 with employees on an annual basis. For employers who fully sponsor membership, the following bulk discounts will apply:

• 1-9 employees: $340 each

• 10-19 employees: $320 each

• 20+ employees: $300 each

If you are an employer, please complete this spreadsheet and email it to us to sign up. For payment, please mail a check, call us, or pay online.

Plan renewals will occur annually. Each year, we will reach out to you for an updated list of employees. You will update the employees included on the plan, pay your portion, and be good to go for another year!
