Membership Plan Details

We offer Membership Plans both for employers and for individuals. If you are an individual, call or text us to sign up!

Employer membership plans are eligible for discounts based on the number of employees participating. Employers may choose to cover the full cost of membership, or split it 50/50 with employees. For employers who fully sponsor membership, the following bulk discounts will apply:

• 1-9 employees: $340 each

• 10-19 employees: $320 each

• 20+ employees: $300 each

How you use our membership plan is completely up to you - offer it as an extra perk to just your management team, or to everyone and their spouses!

If you are an employer, to sign up please complete this spreadsheet and email it to us. For payment, please mail us a check, call us to pay over the phone, or pay online.
